Born and raised in Memphis TN, Ragan is the epitome of a true southern girl with a cosmopolitan flare. Ragan has been tantalizing taste buds since 1996. She started out secretly preparing meals for her girlfriends and their dates. Entering in “The United Way” cake baking contest at her job and winning, she then knew she was a good cook. She went on to cater company potlucks but nothing too serious! Her college professor, to whom she would take cakes and pies, would encourage her to pursue her God given talent. Her biggest challenge was to cater her mother’s 50th birthday party…. Oh the pressure!!! It went off without a hitch. If she could please her mother, she would then know that cooking was no longer just a hobby. Along came Ladyfingers Catering Company, serving Memphis and Mississippi. Love has always been the main ingredient in her cooking. From serving her two beautiful daughters, Ashley and Jordan, or a crowd of two hundred, everyone is a priority. Whether it’s her television show “The Cosmopolitan Cook” or her catering company “Ladyfinger’s Catering Company”, Ragan strives to produce the highest quality service possible.
